Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Returns Policy

At ForyouVape, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, due to the consumable nature of our e-cigarette products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction with taste or flavor once the product has been opened. The only exceptions for returns or exchanges are as follows:

  1. Defective Products: If you encounter any of the following issues within 7 days of receiving your product, you are eligible for a return or exchange:

    • Electronic malfunction
    • Vaporizer malfunction
    • Charging issues
  2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must not be physically damaged or show signs of misuse.
    • Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for products with a verified defect.

Return and Exchange Process:

If you need to initiate a return or exchange due to product defects, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to jackschi01@gmail.com with the following subject line format:
    Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] – Product [Product Name]

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Product name(s)
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos (if applicable) to support your claim
  3. Once we receive your email, we will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product if your claim is approved.

Please note that shipping fees for returning defective products are the responsibility of the customer, but we will cover the shipping fees for sending the replacement product.
