– Clearance or final sale items.
– Personalized or custom-made products.

Return Process:

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:


– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:


– If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product in your return request.
– Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement product.
